Hello world! Our team now has its own website! We actually have a few neat things to share with the UCF online community. If you navigate through our site there is plenty of information about what we do. We have a lot of responsibilities so there is quite a bit of information to look through. We plan on adding more too so feel free to stop by often and check for updates!

One of the new features that we plan on using on our new site is we now plan to blog with team updates to make announcements to our clients (or fans). We’ll keep you updated on anything going on in the Center for Distributed Learning and also keep you updated about the tools we support. Technology is consistently changing so we feel that there is going to be a lot to share with you.

The most important part of our site is going to be our new Documentation Database Search. There is going to be a plethora of information stored on our site that we plan to keep updated and simple to find. We absolutely hate it when websites become too large and it becomes impossible to find what you’re looking for. We promise to keep it simple for you.

Well that’s all for now. We hope you enjoy the new features of the site!

The Online@UCF Support team and the Instructional Design Assistants have merged into one to provide our clients a better customer service experience!

With that said, one of the part-time employees that was previously an Instructional Design Assistant, Matthew, was hired to be the new full-time Technical Support Specialist Assistant for online@ucf support. Congratulations Matthew!
