About Our Team
We are a team of UCF staff members who are here to help you. Our part-time staff mainly consists of UCF students who provide course development and technical support for the University of Central Florida.
With our knowledge of the tools provided by the Center for Distributed Learning we guarantee the best service to all of our clients. Working side-by-side with the Instructional Design team and the Techrangers we assist UCF faculty with the best practices for course development and help you put your course together. When any UCF faculty or staff experience any technical bugs we are sure to immediately help with any fixes or workarounds and report them to our server administrators.
